The Law of Attraction won’t change your life overnight, it will take some time, patience and consistent practice to see results.

1. Stop, Breathe and Decide
If you learn this for a short time, it will be helpful. Stop your work at hand, and give some space for your breathe. Breath deep in your lung and make your desires clear. List 2-4 reasons why you think you would be happier. Then make it visualized and try to think how wonderful life would be if things obey your expectation. Next practice “letting go”. Ignore the barriers between you and the golden world, and keep your eye on here and now.
2. Allow Yourself and Others
The art of allowing entails for you let yourself, other peoples and situations to be who and what they are. Some instances of this art are listed below.
Allow yourself to be content and happy with all your physical features. If your figure, height and teeth condition are not ideal, you should allow them, too.
* Allow yourself to live in peace and harmony with people who rub you the wrong way. You can see them as nothing.
* Treat people who play core role in your life kindly.
* The darkness lasts long, but there is twilight any way.
* Let others go.
3. Good feelings are not so simple as a kind of emotion
The good feeling of feeling good dim little by little from people’s mind. In essence, feelings for yourself is more than emotion, they are messages to your soul.
Feeling bad: Sometimes, your wants and your doings do not match, and you should keep this in mind.
Feeling Good: you and your desires are combined together
Know which side you are at, the right one, or the wrong one. And you should keep a high alert with the wrong one. Remind yourself of what has inspired you and what you want when you meet bars in your way, by then, a deep breathe would be needed.
4: Shout aloud and pour your tears
When the law of attraction does not work, the reason tend to be our suppressed anger and feelings of failure. Many of us suppress negative feelings like anger, frustrations, and hurt. We choose to pretend these negative moods not exist, because we hope things will get back to its track some time. Sometimes it functions well, but mostly, things will not change, and by then you will be forced away from what you want.
* Writer a Letter: If you have had enough of hiding dark feelings away, expose them in a letter, but it has not to be posted. Write out exactly why your upset and just keep writing until you start to feel better.
* Cry without thinking about others’ thoughts: Your sufferings which was hidden painfully would be released through this process. Find somewhere there is no body but you and cry. Once you’re done, you’ll feel a lot better than you did before you started crying.
Those negative feelings are toxic and you will need to eliminate all traces of negativity in your body. So, try this right now, let your negative feelings go, you have suppressed them for too long. Once things are done, you will feel refreshed, and get back to your normal state.
