			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For several years I suffered with a scarcity of self-esteem. Feelings of &#8220;not being worthy&#8221;, &#8220;not belonging&#8221; and a poor self image held me back in my career and in my relationships.</p>
<p>These feelings were really hard to manage because I hadn&#8217;t got any idea that I was suffering from any actual disability. It simply never occurred to me that there was anything wrong. I was simply living the way that I had got conditioned to being. I never thought I had not always suffered from a lack of self-esteem. All I knew was that in specific situations I felt uncomfortable and not in a position to cope.</p>
<p>It took me years to discover what the problem was. But when I did find out I managed to overcome my difficulties with self-confidence. Now I train others in the systems that I used to become a assured person. I teach in the United States, the England the Gulf and now I will be running <a target="_blank" href="http://davidferrers.com/nlp-training/new-self-confidence-training-in-india/">Self Confidence Training in India</a> this summer.</p>
<p>The most significant lesson from my private experience of fighting with self confidence issues is that none of us has to suffer the agony of self-confidence issues. There are ways that you can become self confident. I&#8217;m the living proof that any person can become assured. I spend a great deal of my life attempting to find better ways to train others to triumph over issues of low self worth and poor self image.</p>
