Love is an extremely high vibrational energy. Appreciation is close to the top as well. Are you in the mindset of appreciating, love and high vibrational levels regularly? Good.
Even if you realize your mood going down the emotional scale, in just a matter of moments you can easily restore it to the level you desire.
Use memories that make you feel good. Imagine your little niece, or when your pet was a baby. Think of things that allow yourself to feel good. Do some things that make you happy. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it’s fun too!
Search for something to appreciate. It doesn’t make a difference if it is past or present. For example, think about the day your daughter was born. Give some love to your pet. Throw a stick with your dog. Blow bubbles. Do jumping jacks. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels playing. Listen to music that you love. Breathe deeply. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten functional fingers? What about your ten toes? Do you have a roof over your head? Fresh water and plenty of food? Do you appreciate the electricity and the highways we drive on? What about indoor plumbing? Do you have family and friends that love you? Think of the hundreds of things you can be appreciative of. We are so wonderfully blessed.
There are a huge number of ways you can use to increase your vibration. You cannot do something you love and keep and upset temperament. Try it. Giggle. Juggle (or try). Make silly distortions of your face in the mirror. If you feel really down, try ice cream or cookies. Using the Law of Attraction is a hugely powerful tool for Relationship Attraction, and is simple to understand. Take a nap or create a diversion. It won’t be an unconscious act if you meaningfully will it.
Watch how much better you feel when you consciously choose something instead of just unconsciously stuffing yourself with sweets. You may eat a cookie or two and halt your eating rather than mindlessly emptying the bag.
